SHIPPING

We offer free shipping in the 48 contiguous states for orders over $100USD. For shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states please contact customer service at +1-206-763-1600.

RETURNS

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt is required. Please email or call customer service for a return number and try to return in the original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process.

Ways to return an item:

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom Finished or Made to Order items

  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X7 or $.X9)

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Refund Policy

  • Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment if the item is returned within 7 days of item delivery

  • Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments

  • Check Refunds - check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days)

  • No refunds if items are not returned within 7 days of item delivery
